Riordan Crusaders: 2025- 9-18-1, 2-12 in WCAL, eighth place.
The Crusaders snapped a WCAL losing streak that was into its third season but still couldn't make it out of the cellar – something they will try once again to accomplish this year.
There are some pieces. Junior third baseman Santino Williams and senior shortstop Keoni Ordonez, a Midway University commit, were solid last year. Willams hit .274 with 23 hits and drove in 13 runs, while Ordonez posted a .309 batting average with 25 hits and 13 runs scored.
Pitchers Mason Cohn and Kane Cook, a Cal-Lutheran commit, along with Williams and lefty Logan Tuman, will likely get the bulk of the starts. They combined to throw more than 112 innings with a sub-4 earned-run average. Cohn's four victories led the Crusaders.
Help from the JV ranks could come from outfielders Greg Hernandez and Alessio Pislor, shortstop Dante Curmi, second baseman Damian Ordonez and pitcher Theo Gaenselen.
