Since opening its doors, All In Baseball has emphasized a holistic approach to development — combining high-level baseball instruction with mentorship, leadership training, and a strong emphasis on character. The program was built on the belief that baseball can be a powerful vehicle for teaching accountability, resilience, teamwork, and confidence.
In 2025, All In Baseball experienced a year of significant growth and competitive achievement. The organization expanded into year-round training and team programming, adding multiple teams while continuing to tailor individualized development plans for each athlete.
A notable milestone in that expansion was the formation of All In Baseball’s first-ever 13U team, which was comprised of 10 players from the Alpine Little League All-Star team — a group that finished just two games shy of a trip to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and entered the year as the defending California state champion. The addition of this team reflected both the program’s growing reputation and its ability to attract high-level talent at the youth level.

Players within the program showed measurable improvement in skill development, baseball IQ, and overall competitive preparedness, while fully embracing the organization’s core values of effort, discipline, and respect for the game.
A major milestone during the 2025 season came at the national level, as All In Baseball’s 2026 class earned the program a yearly entry into the Arizona Fall Classic, widely regarded as the premier recruiting event in the country. The achievement reflects both the talent within the program and its ability to prepare players to compete on one of baseball’s biggest exposure stages.
A defining measure of All In Baseball’s early success has also been its impact at the collegiate level. Under the guidance of Coach Sean McMillan over the past year, 12 players trained through the program have made collegiate baseball commitments, highlighting the organization’s effectiveness in both player development and recruiting preparation.
McMillan brings a deep understanding of the college recruiting landscape, shaped by four years on staff at Santa Clara University, where he built a strong network of collegiate coaches and gained firsthand experience navigating the modern recruiting process. That background now provides All In Baseball athletes with a distinct advantage, as players receive informed guidance on exposure, communication, timelines, and realistic college placement.
Beyond wins and commitments, All In Baseball has continued to strengthen its presence within the baseball community by partnering with families, schools, and coaches to create a supportive and educational environment. The organization has also expanded its digital presence by sharing instructional content, player highlights, and behind-the-scenes training through social media—building a growing audience that reflects its authentic, coach-led culture.
Since its launch, All In Baseball has become known for its hands-on coaching, intentional culture, and commitment to long-term athlete development over short-term results. As the organization looks ahead, its mission remains clear: to go all in on developing confident, prepared, high-character players who are ready for the next level—on the field and in life.
